Direct Bank Deposit via Maybank / Public Bank : Direct bank deposit is also available by making payment over the counter at any Maybank, Public Bank branch or via the Maybank / Public Bank ATM available nationwide.
When your payment is complete, please send us your transaction details and order number through the email so that we can process your order. We will then notify you once payment confirmation has completed.
After your payment is done, you will receive an email and a tracking number.
Step 3 - Shipping & Parcel Tracking
If there is any chance that the parcel failed to arrive upon given time, customers can email us at for assistance on the parcel tracking.
The arrival of the parcel to customer will take 2-3 days in Major towns (Peninsular Malaysia) and 1-2 days in Major towns in East Malaysia.
Products sold are not refundable unless for different circumstances (please refer to shipping & return policy).
